$30.00 an hour for servers

$30.00 an hour for cooks

$35.00 an hour for chefs

$35.00 an hour for front of house manager

-Operating fee-

$1000.00 (which includes set up day prior, tear down day after, 10x10 catering tent and equipment, garbage removal and travel. *additional travel rates apply depending on venue location)
