Client agrees to provide Caterer with their final guest count and all dietary restrictions 7 days prior to the event.
Additional dietary restrictions may result in billed costs per person required.
Payment Schedule
A 25% non-refundable deposit and signed agreement must be secured prior to any services being performed by Caterer.
Remaining balance must be paid 72 hours prior to the event date.
Cancellation
After initial deposit paid and signed agreement, if Client cancels the event, Caterer is entitled to retain the 25% deposit.
Up to 72 hours prior to the event date, Client may postpone, and move the deposit forward. Postponement must be within the next 60 days, pending Caterer’s availability on the new date chosen.
Cancellation 48 hours prior to the event, Client will receive a 50% refund of the total billed.
Cancellation 24 hours prior to the event, Client will receive a 25% refund of the total billed.
If the event is cancelled by Caterer, Client is entitled to a full refund.
